Benjamin Disraeli once said, “when I want to read a novel, I write one.” I think fiction writing is an inherently selfish endeavor but I’m a firm believer that you reap what you sow in the world.
So how do I sow positivity? I write love stories with soft boys and tough girls, and I let them be human and flawed. I sprinkle some angst, some humor, some challenges or some fluff. I give them sweeping romances or just domesticity, and let them figure out who they are and how they fit in the world.
But my pledge to you, dear Hooligans, is that I will always give you a happy ending.
